Weekly menu plan #2

I'm linking up with The Organised Housewife again this week

Here is what we are eating. Notice they are all very simple meals this week - I still have packing to do and I want to get out of the house as much as possible after being stuck at home sick all last week:


Monday: Easy fried rice (a variation on the linked recipe)

Tuesday: Whole slow-cooked chicken and vegetables

Wednesday: Vegetable frittata

Thursday: Curried Mince and Vegetables

Friday: BBQ beef steaks (with this marinade) and salad

Saturday: Chicken curry

Sunday: The simplest meal ever - pasta with (store-bought) pesto, grated cheese and mixed (frozen) vegetables.
